Backyard Family BBQ Challenge
Family is important, and fostering community through friendly competition makes for great content. In this episode we have selected four teams consisting of one adult and one child to face off against each other to see who will impress the judges and win The Great Island Cookoff "Backyard BBQ Family Challenge" They will prepare three dishes featuring three cuts of meat from U.S. Pork a pork rib, pork chop and pork butt.
The teams will then be judged by a mixed panel of judges including 2 professional chefs, a child judge and a local influencer. This episode will be filmed outdoors and prizes include a small cash prize, trophies and of course the title of the Winner of the great island cook off.
This episode is being produced for local and regional (Caribbean) distribution through Tempo Networks.
Each team must be comprised of one adult and one child between the ages of 9-14 years old. Our production team will be in contact with you once you have been selected to move on to the second round of our selection process.
